Belfast One Day Conference 2026

This study day will provide an opportunity for clinical and allied health professionals and those in training to reflect on and to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions around consultations/client encounters in the safety of small groups. 

There will be the opportunity to join either a Classic Balint group or a Leadership Group. 

The Leadership Group is for those actively involved in leading Balint groups and places will be limited. If you wish to join the Leadership Group please ensure that you choose this option when applying to the Conference. Due to limited numbers we cannot guarantee a place within the Leadership group. 

During the conference there will be the opportunity to participate in a fishbowl scenario. 

The conference will conclude at 4.45pm

Bursaries up to £50 per day are available for all events to those whose gross income is less than £18,000 pa (excluding undergraduate students). Applications should be made to the Treasurer within the application for the Study day.
